Frying and baking module 25 l/78 l
The frying and baking module consists of a frying kettle and oven with optimum heat distribution for simultaneous baking and frying or cooking.
The frying kettle with its capacity of 25 litres and oven with 78 litres are heated simultaneously and used for pressure cooking, boiling, blanching, poaching, stewing, steaming, braising, frying, baking and keeping food warm. The integrated and highly efficient compensating bottom of the frying kettle ensures even heat distribution, enabling gentle browning across the entire frying surface. Maximum hygiene and high corrosion resistance are ensured due to the high-quality stainless steel without joints. The cooking module’s rounded corners and joint-free design allow convenient cleaning in accordance with HACCP principles while at the same time being thorough and saving both time and resources. Four integrated, height-adjustable telescopic feet allow the cooking module to be adapted for use on any terrain. The module can, for example, be incorporated in our Modular Field Kitchen MFK 2.
