We are pleased to welcome you to a unique two-day event organized by the Association of the German Army (Förderkreis Deutsches Heer e.V.) and Kärcher Futuretech. This platform offers you the opportunity to delve into the latest developments in the field of „Supply and Protection in Theater“. Look forward to exciting expert presentations, impressive live demonstrations and innovative products. In addition to our Mobile Catering, Water Supply and Field Camp solutions, other leading companies will be showcasing their latest products.

We are particularly looking forward to keynote speeches from Brigadier General Lungershausen and other senior officials who will share their expertise and insights into the challenges and advances in the field.

The first day will conclude with an evening event, providing the perfect opportunity for networking and reflection. Take advantage of this time to connect with experts and colleagues, and deepen the insights you have gained.

Seek and you shall find

You received the program booklet when you registered. Please check back here tomorrow so we know you are back with us and doing well. We have also made a map for you so you will always know where you are.

Parking will be managed by our colleagues who will direct you to the designated parking areas. For those arriving by bus, the bus departure times are also in this booklet (page 16).

Next to the registration desk you will find the information point and the cloakroom. The conference room and exhibition area are centrally located and easily accessible.
The map also shows the smoking areas, restrooms and the designated lunch area.

We will be filming an aftermovie during the event that we would like to share on our social media channels. We will not be filming individuals, but if you do not want to be filmed, please let a staff member or the cameraman know.

Yes, please check in daily at the gate. You will be given important information about the event and a name badge.

We have integrated a guidance system throughout the site. If you have any further questions, please go to the Info Point.

The Info Point is marked on the map on page 7. It is located between the registration area and the conference space.

Refreshments will be available at designated locations. Lunches will take place in the large catering tent at the exhibition area.

Yes, to access the WLAN, use the QR code on the back of the booklet. There‘s also a passphrase if you don‘t have your phone to hand.

Unfortunately not. But don‘t worry, we‘ll have a photographer and videographer on hand to capture everything you need to know.

We recommend military service dress for military guests and civilian business attire for civilian guests. As part of the event will take place outdoors, we recommend bringing weatherproof clothing.

Yes, there will be an evening event on Wednesday at the Kärcher Auditorium in Winnenden.

All employees in Kärcher Polos will be happy to help you with your questions or you can visit the Info Point.

Yes, there is a cloakroom at the Info Point where you can leave your coats and bags in a safe place.

Yes, the exhibit space will be open throughout the Symposium, including during presentations. Please feel free to visit at your convenience.

The presentations will be held in the heated conference space (indoor). The product exhibition will take place at the exhibition area (outdoor).
