Water Bottling Plant WBP 1300
The mobile WBP 1300 Water Bottling Plant enables fully automated bottle production from plastic preforms, and the PET bottles are subsequently filled with chlorine-free drinking water.
With the WBP 1300, it is possible to produce 1300 1-litre bottles an hour. The system fills the bottles with treated drinking water directly on site without the need for the addition of chlorine, in compliance with the highest hygiene standards. As the bottles are made from preforms, only a fraction of the usual volume needs to be transported. This not only reduces the cost of logistics, but also the risk of transport in regions struck by conflict or disaster. The equipment room and work room are separate, ensuring fully automated and user-friendly operation. What‘s more, logistics are simplified by the system‘s integration in a standard 20‘ sea freight container. The microbiologically excellent quality of the bottled drinking water, even in extreme deployment conditions, has been confirmed over the years by the millions of bottles produced and filled in this way.
