Preparation container
The mobile, field-tested food preparation container is equipped with various cooking utensils and accessories and is used for the preparation of meals. It is divided into four work areas to ensure an optimum food preparation process.
In the preparation container following work can be carried out in the designated areas: "Vegetable & salad preparation", "Meat, sausage and cheese preparation", "Portioning and packing" and "Dishwashing". The container and its integrated kitchen utensils guarantee compliance with HACCP hygiene standards permit convenient cleaning while at the same time being thorough and saving both time and resources. 300 people a day can be catered for when combined with a cooking container.
