20 ft container to bottle drinking water, capacity up to 700 bottles per hour. Self-sufficient, containerised system to produce, fill, close and label PET bottles in the field. The container includes all necessary sub-systems such as electrical power generator, AC, compressor, etc. The WBP 700 is a system for the bottling of purified water for distribution to individual persons. The PET bottle is produced on site from preforms. This is the simplest and safest way to produce high quality PET bottles. This is logistically beneficial because the preforms can be transported much easier than large, empty, air-filled bottles. Immediately after its production, the sterile PET bottle (heated for the blow moulding process and exposed to UV radiation) enters a covered line where the bottle is filled, closed and labelled. The WBP 700 requires a protected buffer zone in front of the container, where the filled bottles can be handled and/or packaged. This area also helps to maintain the hygienic standards inside the bottling container. All machines and devices are designed to work reliably under difficult field conditions.
