| The Safeguard™ 3002-A1 NBCF protective suit combines the benefits of NBC protection with those of a combat suit. It offers a high level of protection against radioactive fallout as well as against biological and chemical agents, while at the same time allowing for air/water vapour to escape. This reduces the chance of heat stress and thereby prolongs the wearing times.
The Safeguard™ 3002-A1 with its integrated NBC and F (=fire) protection is worn in the case of an NBC attack in place of a conventional combat suit directly over the underwear and provides the highest degree of protection against radioactive fallout as well as against biological and chemical agents. Moreover, it protects the individual wearer from fire and heat radiation.
In accordance with the NATO standards, the Safeguard™ 3002-A1 NBCF protective garment protects the skin of the wearer against a wide variety of chemical warfare agents. The Safeguard™ 3002-A1 NBCF protective garment offers excellent protection against a 10 g/m² HD challenge for 24 hours, even after ageing with sweat. | |
