Description

Tent system with an inflatable, stable tubular frame, thus especially quick to pitch, e.g. 5 minutes using a manual air pump. To be used for the decontamination of clothing, equipment and persons.

In order to protect the tubular frame from damage it is reinforced in the floor area and also has a safety relief valve. The floor of the watertight inner tent functions as a tub. The seams are sewn and also processed with a highly temperature-resistant adhesive. Diagonally opposite one another, in the corners, are two connections for hoses for controlled drainage of waste water.

The tarpaulin is resistant to warfare agents and can be decontaminated. The double-wall design with an especially light outer skin, guarantees good isolation values.

A canvas cloth serves as ground sheet and protects the tent from damage e.g. from sharp stones. For transport purposes the cloth is used as a cover for the folded tent.

The Kärcher decon tent is fastened firmly by means of 4 loops on the ground and 4 tensioning ropes, thus standing up to extreme conditions (storm-tested in the mountains).
