Cooking module for independent operation. The module is transportable and can be used in modular field kitchens on trailers and as a separate unit. The Combi Steamer ensures an optimal energy yield because it is an enclosed unit which heats up quickly and is therefore highly economical.

Regardless of the type of set-up, a wide variety of dishes is possible with little use of oil and minimal boil-off.

The oven is made of one piece and is heated by a diesel burner. Electrical consumption is very low – it only needs a 24 V DC power supply. The Kärcher CD 10 is the first combi steamer in the world with a ceramic combustion chamber and a ceramic flame tube.
