The Multi Cooking Module is a real “quick-change artist”: Its series of modules make it possible to use the kitchen variably in a camp or in disaster areas and extend it as required.

The basic module is made of stainless steel and the following can be inserted/added: sandwich plate, water heater, bainmarie (for keeping food warm), frying pan, wok and oven. The complete Multi Cooking Module weighs less than 50 kg and can be carried easily by two men using the carrying handles. The cover will later serve as the side table. The heart/central piece of the Multi Cooking Module is the Kärcher quality burner.

There are three types available to choose from:
- diesel driven BFK-FC
- diesel driven BFK-2 MM with integrated tank, and
- gas driven BG-MM.

The temperature can be continuously adjusted and the burners stand out due to an extremely low fuel consumption.

The complete Multi Cooking Module comprises of the following components: wheeled undercarriage or foldable frame with cooking module, burner, sandwich plate, side table, chimney, supply tank and transformer (to 24 V).

The kitchen can be cleaned very easily because all parts are made of stainless steel. Insulating material is not used in the kitchen. Hygiene has been made a matter of top priority.

The frying kettle is always used when meat and other food shall be warmed up as gently as possible.
The water heater has many uses: for heating water as well as frying or cooking but also for keeping food warm using the bainmarie. The bainmarie is used for keeping food warm and is created by placing Gastronorm containers in the water heater.

The wok is an Asian frying pan which is excellently suited to the preparation of various fried dishes.

The oven is simply placed on the sandwich plate. Even demanding cooks will be surprised at its versatility.

The wheeled undercarriage is also made of stainless steel and very sturdy. It enables the Multi Cooking Module to be moved easily to the desired place.

The foldable frame saves space during transport. Any bumpiness on site can be evened out by the legs.
