Description
This highly mobile storage and preparation container represents a supplement to all field kitchen systems, and meets the standards of a modern professional stationary kitchen when combined with the HMCK (Highly Mobile Container Kitchen).
Storage, cooling or preparation of food – no problem for the CombiCon. Dishes and kitchen utensils for the preparation and cooking of meals are cleaned quickly and hygienically by the professional dish-washer. The dish-washing area consists of a central operating section with integrated dish-washer, drawer for cleaning agents and a double sink.
An integrated electrical power generator, a fresh water tank with UV system, a refrigerator (+2 to +8 °C), a freezer (down to -12 °C) and an air-conditioner ensure that the CombiCon can be operated independently anywhere.
