Description

The universal burner is used as heating source for all cooking, frying and frying/baking modules. It can be operated with gaseous (propane) or fluid operating fuels (kerosene, diesel, heating oil).

The universal burner consists of
- a frame made of steel sheet with carrying handles attached on the sides and a burner cover, which can be screwed off
- an air tank with air-intake valve and tubing
- a fuel tank with filler neck, sieve, fuel-tank cap and tubing
- a safety block including check valve, pressure reducer, safety valve and pressure gauge
- a control block including control and safety elements, consisting of a flame-safety valve for operation with fluid fuels, a start button, a control knob with fuel-control valve for control of the fuel supply to the main nozzle, two pre-heating valves (for air and fuel), two filters and an air filter
- a burner unit with central burner chamber, containing a main nozzle, a pre-heating nozzle for fuel, a pre-heating nozzle for air and a propane nozzle, a thermo-couple for the fuel flame and a thermo-couple for the propane flame, a riser pipe and a detachable diffusor
- a propane unit, consisting of a propane-control valve, a flame safety valve, a “propane” control knob, a “propane” starter button and a safety quick-connector for propane
- a cleaning valve, to clean the fuel line and main nozzle with compressed air from the air tank after using the universal burner, and
- accessories, including hand-air pump, tyre-filling hose and tool kit.

The individual components of the universal burner are mounted in the frame and can be disassembled.
