Description

The PLS 6 sanitary platform is a modular sanitary platform which can be operated under various climate conditions (from -32 °C/-25 °F up to 49 °C/120 °F). There are other versions of this platform available: PLST 3-3 shower/toilet platform, and PLT 6 toilet platform.

All cubicles are made of glassfibre and are fitted with smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. The toilets and urinals are additionally “nano-coated” – a kind of dirt repelling surface – which makes it very easy to clean and disinfect the system. The cubicles are designed to have smooth edges and corners for better and easier cleaning. Due to its good insulation values the amount of condensate is reduced and so that formation of mould fungus is avoided. The system can be set up very quickly. Everything is on board and can be installed in a very short time.

The upper part of the cubicles is made of soft shower curtains which are mounted to a metal frame. This frame can be lifted manually and thus provides enough space during operation. Its low height in the transport position is especially advantageous for transport by air.

The technical section is fitted in the middle of the trailer. It includes 2 water boilers with a capacity of 75 litres each, a diesel-driven water heater, a waste water pump with integrated cutting device, and a control panel.

For maintenance, the most important technical components are accessible from the long sides of the platform.
